Dan Reed, Partner, Louisiana
Dan Reid is President and Managing Member of Grove Transit and Go Ride LLC, leading NEMT operations across Mississippi and Louisiana with a combined fleet of more than 75 vehicles operating from 12 locations. A nationally recognized leader in healthcare mobility, Dan serves as President of NEMTAC, chairs multiple accreditation and standards committees, and is President-Elect of The Transportation Alliance, where he also co-chairs the On-Demand/Taxi Committee.

Kevin Teasdale, Partner Kansas City, Missouri
Kevin Teasdale is Co-Founder and President of Secure Medical Transport, the Kansas City region's premier NEMT provider. Since founding the company in 2010, he has grown the organization from two vehicles to a fleet of more than 20 serving the Kansas City metropolitan area. Drawing on his experience in transportation insurance and his family's personal healthcare journey, Kevin has built a company focused on quality, safety, and service excellence. He is a passionate advocate for advancing the NEMT industry through innovation, education, and leadership.

Tom Sikkema, BSN, RN, Grand Rapids Michigan
Tom is the Founder and CEO of Ride YourWay, Michigan's first and only NEMTAC-accredited non-emergency medical transportation provider. A pediatric brain cancer survivor and registered nurse with experience in pediatric oncology, Tom founded Ride YourWay after witnessing firsthand how transportation barriers can prevent patients from receiving life-saving care. His clinical background and personal journey have shaped a commitment to transforming transportation into an essential part of healthcare. Today, Tom is a national advocate for accreditation, quality standards, and healthcare mobility, helping advance a future where every patient has access to safe, reliable, and coordinated transportation.

Steve Newman, Partner St. Louis, Missouri
Steve Newman is the owner of 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, a provider of high-quality, private and facility paid Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) services located in St. Louis, Missouri. Under Steve’s leadership, 360 has not only built a reputation for outstanding service, quality, and reliability, but has also implemented a wide range of industry leading services and standards. 360 is one of only twelve nationally accredited NEMT companies in the nation. It is the only NEMT company in Eastern Missouri to be certified by the State of Missouri, and it is the only NEMT in St. Louis to host all its driver, vehicle, and company policies and procedures in the ProCredEx credentialing exchange.

Mark Porterfield, Partner, Alabama
Mark Womack is Owner and President of Care♥avan Transport, Alabama's first Nationally Accredited NEMTAC provider. After a 31-year career with Publix, Mark founded Care♥avan and has grown it into a leading NEMT company with 34 employees and 26 wheelchair-accessible vehicles serving three Alabama communities. A respected industry leader, Mark has also played a key role in disaster response, coordinating transportation operations during multiple major hurricanes across the Southeast while championing quality, safety, and accreditation throughout the NEMT industry.

Jason George, Partner, Tulsa Oklahoma
Jason McCarty is President & CEO of Entrusted Transport, Oklahoma's leading provider of high-quality Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Since founding the company in 2021, Jason has led its rapid growth with a steadfast commitment to safety, service, and organizational culture, establishing operations in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Before entering the NEMT industry, Jason spent 25 years as Executive Vice President and Assistant General Manager of the Tulsa Drillers, where he helped the organization earn the prestigious Bob Freitas Award three times—the first Double-A franchise to achieve that distinction. His leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare mobility.

Chase Lafferty, Partner, Virginia
Chase Lafferty is the President of H&M Transport serving the Washington DC metro and Richmond Virginia. Chase and his business partner acquired H&M Transport in 2020, and since then has tripled the fleet size to 98 vehicles and expanded services throughout the state of Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia. Chase is also the President of Amtran Medical Transport, Inc which provides ALS, BLS and NEMT services in Northwest Georgia and the Atlanta Metro with a total fleet of 52 vehicles.
